Hive Digital will only provide authentication/legalization of the following options for British Nationals as application needs to be completed directly. Its worth noting that the below options can generally be completed online quite easily and take approximately 14 working days to complete, after which Hive Digital can receive your documents directly in our London office to begin authentication process (11 working days)

DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service): This is the most common criminal background check and will have no expiry date . It shows spent and unspent convictions, cautions, reprimands and final warnings

ACRO Certificate: The certificate details meaning or not the applicant has a criminal record in the United Kingdom and is required as part of the visa process by the respective high commission or embassy. This certificate may also include foreign criminal history information where it has been disclosed In the UK.

Scottish Basic Disclosure: This certificate is fairly easy to get and an option for clients with misdemeanors that might show up on other records within UK.

ICPC: The ICPC is a criminal records check against police and intelligence databases in the UK that reveals any convictions or reasons as to why someone should not work with children. This report is a great selling point for schools. The ICPC is available on application to Any UK national or non-UK national who has previously resided in the UK and who is looking to work overseas with children. Schools and organisations that are registered for the ICPC scheme can request a job applicant to provide a certificate as part of their recruitment process The Equally, existing employees can be posed to generate produce an ICPC as part of their ongoing vetting processes. The ICPC is supplied direct to the applicant and not to the school or gauge or employment or voluntary placements.
